How do I request an event security quote?+
Share the date, venue address, expected attendance, event hours, access arrangements and the duties you expect. Our team can then discuss an appropriate staffing proposal.
How is security pricing determined?+
Pricing is based on coverage hours, location, duties, risk, staffing requirements and applicable service conditions. We provide tailored proposals rather than presenting a one-price-fits-all rate.
Are guards appropriately licensed?+
Guard assignments are planned around applicable Ontario licensing requirements and the qualifications relevant to the specific role. Please ask the team about credentials needed for your site.
Can I request overnight or 24-hour security?+
Yes. We can discuss nights, weekends, round-the-clock or selected-hour coverage depending on staffing availability and the assignment.
Do you provide short-term or urgent security coverage?+
We consider temporary and urgent inquiries. Staffing, schedule, travel and site requirements determine what can be confirmed.
Will security personnel follow our site procedures?+
We develop instructions around the property and client expectations, including approved access procedures, emergency contacts, patrol responsibilities and reporting.
What reporting can clients expect?+
The reporting structure is established in the service agreement. Typical deliverables may include daily activity notes, exception records, incident reports, patrol observations and timely escalation.
Do you perform police or law-enforcement functions?+
No. Private security personnel operate within their legal authority and the responsibilities of their assignment. Serious incidents are referred to appropriate emergency services.
Are mobile patrols suitable for commercial plazas?+
They can be, particularly when the site needs a visible mobile presence and periodic inspections rather than a guard continuously stationed at one entrance.
Can we use Raw Security for more than one location?+
We can discuss multi-site coverage and develop location-specific instructions, reporting and contact arrangements.
Can you provide aviation passenger screening or fire-system compliance certification?+
Those activities require specific authorizations and qualifications. We do not promise regulated services without confirming the exact legal and operational requirements.
